Payment & Deposit | Rates | Cancellation Policy


Payment and Deposit:

  • A deposit of 50% of the fee reserves the unit
  • The balance must be received 1 week prior to check-in
  • Condo entry information is provided with receipt of the balance
  • Personal checks or money orders are accepted - no credit cards
  • Payments should be mailed to:

Rates:
  • Two Night Minimum
  • Rates apply for up to 4 persons
  • Each additional person charge is $10 per day or $60 per week
  • Maximum capacity may not be exceeded in any unit
  • Pets with permission, damage deposit and cleaning fee
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of the condos

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are fully refundable until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival
  • Deposits will not be refunded for later cancellations unless the unit is fully re-booked.
