If you are one of our many guests who have stayed at other Westwinds II or Lakeview Estates units in the past, or if your group is looking for additional units in the same developments, please go to Vacation Pagosa and ask the Team Pagosa staff for assistance.


To Reserve a Condo

• Once you've chosen an available unit, call or e-mail Kathy, and she'll hold the unit for you.
• Send your deposit to:

• You will receive a receipt of deposit and confirmation of your reservation.
• Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a receipt of payment and condo access information.

Directions and Check-in Information

• Click on Directions. Units are west of downtown in the Pagosa Lakes area, just off Hwy 160.
• You need not go to another location to pick up keys. You will simply let yourself in when you arrive, using information provided to you.
• Check-in is 2:00 p.m., unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out is 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
